Royal wedding: Prince William and England are lucky to have Kate Middleton

Royal wedding; Prince William and England are lucky to have Kate Middleton

Tomorrow, middle class, Kate Middleton will be married to her Prince. No more ‘Waity Katy’, as she was called because it took her a while to get the actual ring on her finger. Once someone said to her that she must be lucky to have Prince William, on which she responded to with: ‘He must be lucky to have me’. Kate has the incredible ability to read William’s feelings and her intuitive gets him in a way no one else does. She will be the first royal bride who lived with her husband before marriage and the bride to have a university degree.

Royal weddings aren’t what they used to be: big, dramatic, over the top, posh, glamorous, hip and happening. Though nowadays it seems more common. Is it because the Prince of whales is to be married to a common girl or is the royal flair fading away? Why do the next generation royalties wants to blend in with the common people? I wonder, is this the beginning of the end of the kings and queens?
